ASAP Fence & Gates ("ASAP," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites, request a quote, call our offices, or exchange text messages with us, and how we use and safeguard that information.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us— when you submit a contact form, request a quote, schedule an estimate, or reply to a text message. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the fence or gate project you're considering.
• Information collected automatically — when you browse our websites we may collect IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and similar technical data through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels). You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so may limit some site features.
• Information from service providers — including Google Places (address verification), our CRM (GoHighLevel), our phone/SMS provider, and our payment processor. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to quote requests and customer inquiries.
• Schedule estimates, installations, and service appointments.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and project updates by phone, email, or SMS.
• Process payments and issue receipts or warranties.
• Improve our websites, advertising, and customer experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. SMS / text message communications

ASAP Fence & Gates uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with customers and prospects who have requested contact. The following terms apply to every text-message program we operate.

3.1 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number on a web form, by phone, in person, or in writing, you give ASAP Fence & Gates express written consent to send you text messages related to your inquiry, estimate, project, appointments, billing, customer service, and (where applicable) promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3.2 Message types and frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Typical messages include estimate confirmations, scheduling coordination, crew arrival updates, invoices, warranty follow-up, and occasional promotional or maintenance-program messages.

3.3 Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

3.4 Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP)

You may opt out of text messages from ASAP Fence & Gates at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. 3.5 Supported carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.6 No sharing of mobile information with third parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers that support our operations (for example, our SMS platform, CRM, scheduling tools, and field crews) is permitted solely so they can perform services on our behalf. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the business (CRM, SMS/email/voice platforms, payment processor, background-check vendor for crew vetting, analytics, ad platforms, hosting).
• Subcontracted installation crews and inspectors — limited to the information they need to perform the job (name, address, phone, scope of work).
• Authorities when required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory request) or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.

As stated in Section 3.6, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site analytics, advertising performance measurement, and remarketing. Partners include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings or your device's privacy controls.

6. Data retention

We retain customer and lead records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us (see Section 10).

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or limit certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
