Max Height

Decorative front fence: 36 in max; pool/open-rail fence: 48 in minimum; privacy fence: 6 ft max.

Setback / Placement

Rear/side fencing begins at least 10 ft behind the front face of the home farthest from the right-of-way. Fence adjacent to a public walkway must be at least 3 ft from the walkway and preserve sight triangles; alley fencing must be on or within the building setback.

Gate Requirements

At least one unobstructed gate is required; two are preferred. At least one rear-access gate must be 48 in minimum width with 5 ft clear on both sides and at least 10 ft from air-conditioning or pool equipment.

Additional Rules

• PVC must be matte white, 100% virgin material with manufacturer guarantees against cracking, staining, fading, and decomposition.
• Maintain landscaping or mulch/groundcover between fence and adjacent public walkways or driveways.
• Preserve required sight triangles.
• “Barrette Horizontal Louvered” identifies the required horizontal-louvered appearance; equivalent products from other manufacturers are acceptable when they match that style.
