Minimum 10 ft behind the front face of the home. Keep the fence inside the property line and outside drainage/utility easements. Corner lots must remain at least 5 ft from the public sidewalk and may have additional Board conditions.

Gate Requirements

Maximum two gates, each up to 6 ft wide. Gates must match the adjacent tan vinyl section.

Additional Rules

• ARC approval is required before installation.
• Keep survey stakes until final inspection.
• Corner lots require a photo of the proposed fence location and may receive additional Board conditions.
• Submit one project per ARC application.

Board reviews ARC applications monthly; completed applications are due by the deadline in the weekly update, and decision letters are generally issued within one week after review.
